Yeah i think so, but do you mean in the TMNT universe? Yeah it can be a thing, but then you will have to create demons and their origins and such so that it would match into the universe unless you wanted to make an AU where everyone was a demon hunter or something like that XD

No i have made an origin for the demons XD supernatural beings from another dimension who feed on negative emotions of humans, since earth is not exactly a suitable place for them to live they get weak so they cant instantly possess a human unless they feed on them enough to get strong. Since a massive amount of their bodies is made of aura demon hunters use special weapons powered by their own auras. My oc mostly uses a bow and her arrows are made of her aura. She cant kill living creatures like..humans for example with them but since every living being shares an amount of aura she can paralyze them for a minute or two

Im stil a bit unsure about her ability to use three different weapons, bow, chain-knife and a staff...each demon hunter has a trait and hers is weapon switch. Shes an excelent marksman and good with her chain knife because she's bad at close combat.

so the trait is being able to use more than one type of weapon at the same time, or do you mean just using different weapons, because it feels like it would be natural for everyone to use different weapons but they would use a weapon that they are most comfortable with. But if she is comfortable with all three weapons then that doesn't really feel like a trait because anyone can be comfortable with using multiple types of weapons since in a combat situation one should be trained to use many weapons and not be limited to just one, especially when it's something as serious as fighting demons.
I feel like a trait would be like gaining a special power that just that person posses, like to heal or to be able to summon something, or even be able to have very powerful strength, or maybe produce a shield.
But if her's is weapon switch then maybe it would be something where she can create weapons of any kind that she feels like needs and desires while fighting, that way while others only have one physical weapon, she can produce multiple weapons at any givin time. unless that is what you meant XD

Oh no no you see she has this jewellery pin that she puts on a choker she wears. The oroginal form is a bow. But it can transform into a chain-knife and a double blade spear. She is mainly best at using her bow but can use the chain knife pretty well though shes a little bit rusty with the spear. and yes that trait is hers only

can only she be able to use it? but then how is the jewelry able to be used by her? Like did someone make it especially for her?
or can anyone have one like that?
But if her specially is being able to use multiple weapons then shouldn't she be really good at using those weapons? because then it becomes more of a skill that anyone can really learn, so the other OCs you have then the other people could able to do the same thing with practice. or is that something else that everyone can do it but some people just have a stronger talent for it? because then if it is a talent then she should be really good at using all her weapons then.

Oh well you see the jewellery is the weapon. They come into different shapes of accessory. For some one is earings for another could be a pair of glove and so on..i mean those things are part magic part aura so they have to fight with the same materials

Ok so anyone who has something like that can release a weapon that they can use, but she can summon multiple types unlike others who can only summon one type. and yeah that makes sense that ya got to have skill to use them so her trait don't matter for her skill level. Yeah that makes sense~
so she can only use three weapons because that's all she knows.

Well, the thing about being rusty and that the person will improve and eventually be able to master the weapons, since she has that as her trait to summon different weapons with practice she will gain the skill, and then you will face the same fears of her being over powered again.
Perhaps putting a limit on her power would help you?
or that she can't use it for a very long because she becomes really weakened afterwords?
It can be hard to not make a character not too powerful xD
but i think you can manage~

Well...she relies heavily on the weapon so i dont know what would be a good limit..but of course she does get tired if shes using her weapon for too long since it is draining her aura and for each switch it drains a little more. Even in hand to hand combat she's not really strong cause shes small. It's kinda like what neji fought in naruto i did some research about it its called hakkesho

no i don't mean like that, i mean like she could be really powerful when she strikes but it takes up more of her aura than it would others, leading her to be more cautious about when to use her power XD

You could say im that person who overthinks a lot of things XD i sometimes think to myself whats so wrong with havung a strong character XDD well you have a point. She uses her aura as arrow, uses an extra amount of it with every switched so yeah she'd be pretty tired by the end of the day! XD I'll definitely let you know when i have orgabized everything!

Well it's like if the character is too strong then what's the point of caring about them or cheering for them when they are going to win at everything, that's why many people like underdogs, becasue of the struggle they get to have the power, but if a character already has the power and there is no struggle then people will find the character boring. Strong characters tend to based off of their struggle and not so much on the power that they already have~
or at least that part of how i think people will think of it as (but they don't think just like, it's more of that how they feel than actually process the character)
I don't just mean by the end of the Day (unless your using that figuratively, then never mind what im about to say XD ) but by the end of the battle she will become weak and it would take her a while or several minutes to recover from the use of her power.
That's fine! You take your time and do what ya want to do with your character~

Definitely!😊 i mean she is using her life energy! If you dont get tired then there's definitely something wrong with you XD and if one uses too much of their energy or use all of it...they will die! So she cant use much..her body would give her a warning to stop. Let's say...at the point where she has used 75% of that energy her body becomes really weak Nd incapable of fighting she needs the 25 persent to rebuild her strenght! That 25 percent is the least amount needed to keep her conscious more than that and she looses consciousness her breathing and heartbeat slows down to match with the small amount of energy thats keeping her alive

It aint easy XD demon hunters learn how to balance tgat energy to make efficient use of it..and my oc is a young teenager who has no taoent in making balance in things XD she stays up late to hunt down demons then fails three courses in school XDD or could be the opposite XD shes still young and is learning so shes not an expert yet
