Charli is a girl of Kawaii culture, often wearing lots of colors, pastels and animals, but she likes her clothes to be loose on her. She like to change her hair color with magic or magic dye, while her eyes are silver and at times can sparkle like a rainbow.

Matt is rather sadistic, getting pleasure from the misery of others and only one he really cares for and is sweet to is Charli. He has powers that no one is quite sure how he even managed to obtain, but it may have a purpose later on who knows.
