wow, again i see that "mandelbulbish" approach, fantastic work...
...and i don't agree with "SleinadFlar" - the white and the backlight look very good to me...

A 'simple' but effective method of creating depth. The scenery is fantastic, as are the details. Hats off to you, sir!

However, (and this is a minor nitpick personally I would have added something of a background, just to break the white.

I want to use my computer for touchups but I don't want my stuff to look too digital. I'm very fond
of pencil work and getting textures that aren't created with a computer.

Yes, the fading into the distance was very important to me. It took a very long time but it was worth it.

just wondering, how long do you take to make a drawing this detailed? it would be a hell to draw all these lines so detailed and precise. i really like your style, i can't wait to see more of it!

your drawing style and characters remind me of someone i had in my class last year, he used to draw creatures like yours too, it's amazing to see how someone can put so many detail in a drawing!

ah, i see. i tend to abandon my drawings if i don't work on them with as little time in between as possible. but then again, i don't have alot of paitence XD

i draw dragons with scales smaller then the tip of a pen. i guess that is something to get impaitent about.

still, i love the details in your work! it looks so real!
