I quite enjoy how this guy seems to be one of the few king dice minibosses that seem to say something to the player. Not that they don't all have at least some kind of voice... but Chips Bettigan and Mr. Wheezy are the ones that say actual words as far as I remember. Really like how you incorporated the pattern of the chip into their sleeves and their buckle. And also the cowboy (I hope I'm right in assuming them to be a cowboy) aesthetic, oh yes.
