Description Here you can see the end panel. I wanted it to appear as though the curved pieces turned a 90` inside the corner post. Please see "Line Drawing" for full commentary of the project.

I'm not totally happy with these photos, and hope to re-shoot soon.

Yes, it's very handy having the home owner who is also a designer sign off on such flaunting in the face of codes. A rare treat indeed.
