No more climbing trees,Done with acting out silly dreams
I forgotten how to have a fantasy
So bogged down by everything
I can barely remember how to laugh
Good times seem to be only in my past
Enjoying warm summer nights, underneath the sky
Has slipt away to be, a memory
I forgot what it is to believe
That In reaching for the stars,i can suceed
I've lost that innocence, once in my eyes
I got lost in terror and lies
I don't even know if I am who I am
Such a crazy world, I moved on so fast
Everyone says they are having fun
I feel like Im missing something, maybe its love?
Maybe its time, that i never had
But Hey, I guess this is growing up,
And if it is , Im no longer in a rush

That..........................was...............................unbelievable. I personally believe I could transform that into a heart-wrenching song but because it is so delicate in words I will leave it be. I compliment you on your structure of words.

Growing up means paying bills, taking responsibility and being sensible. I don't like it.

Suddenly I really want to hug my Fufu Bunny, and watch Seasume Street. I'm turning sixteen soon, and this is something that goes through my mind everyday. Growing up? How grown up do I have to be now? Why can't I go back? >-> There are things I'm not ready for, that so many of my are doing. Things I don't want to even think about, I think I'd rather not have my birthday. I really love this poem, thank you so much for sharing it on Dev.

In this world of growing up quickly i have decided that i dont want to. There has always been something gone, something that i cant get or find. your poem made me cry at this line....Everyone says they are having fun/I feel like Im missing something, maybe its love? i liked your poem. the harsh reality. i hate reality, but there is a time that we all must realize that we have to grow up.
