Background

When Juliana was young, her family traveled around the globe due to her mother's career as a major luxury hotel chain CEO. They never truly settled in any one location until Juliana was a freshman in high school. She has lived in in a dozen other countries taking in the experiences but not making too many friends along the way. While she always values these adventures, she feels she missed out on the social part of growing up abroad. Due to the high income bracket her family lived in she has also felt as though the folks that did want to be friends were only in it for the perks. The same applied for family. At family functions she didn't like how much sucking up occurred.

While living in the UK for a few months she came across a small riding barn during a drive around the country side with her father, she soon began going to every day. She loved being atop a horse and feeling that connection with another living being. Every move after this one she always found a stable and leased a horse for as long as she could before they were off again. When Jules was going into her first year of high school her mother decided it was time to retire and let her have a "normal" high school experience. They settled down in a small town in North Carolina and this is when she met Taunie. They became instant best friends, since Taunie didn't seem to care about any financial gain from being friends with her, Jules began to learn what it was like to have a friend she could count on. Her family owned a few horses that they would ride together after school.

They remained friends as they went to college, separate school but visiting often. Juliana graduated with a degree in Business and a minor in Animal Sciences, she went on to start a career in Equine Breeding Management for a few stables around the country. It was only went Taunie reached out about buying up a ranch in North Carolina did she realize that she wanted to ride again and maybe even compete/breed her own champions.
