ANYONE CAN USE IT!!!
To whom ever uses this icon, If any buddy want to know where this avatar came from. Please give me the credit, I would really enjoy if you do.
You can edit this icon by adding your name or other thing else you want on it, with your program that can edit animation .gif format. If you don't have a program like that then you can comment on the icon you want a name on, of course tell me the name you wish to have on it and I'll make one for you. It will submit it on Photobucket and place in the deviation Artist's Comment of the icon you wanted.
You are NOT allowed to change the fan character, animal or your own original character!!! I will only change OC ONLY at the owners request, so just tell me what you want changed and I'll be more then happy to fix it. Other wise it's a no for animals and fan characters. If you like to see anther animal or fan character, you can request it on my thread down below of this Artist's Comment.
Do not submit as a submissions, only usage please.
