Wow, the coloring is just... O_O (And this is generally the time where I simultaneously press all the letters on the keyboard to express my jumbled emotions brought out by the awesomeness of this drawing, but I'm sure you get the idea!)
The way you colored the hair on this reminds me of the way I colored my Rainbow Dash.... Except yours is much better, of course.

i found that it's easier NOT to use lineart when doing the hair. so..
at school i have a sempai, and he is like THE MOST AMAZING ARTIST I HAVE EVER SEEN in real life anyway
and i was like, TEACH ME YOUR WAYS
and he was like, use different styles
and i was like. ok
so right now i'm using different styles all over the place.
and mine is not much better!!! go look your art in the mirror!
