When you begin teasing a cat, normally its nonchalant (as cats are), then they become playful 
Excellent use of solid colour and open space, the ribbon really stands out and the pink contrasts the brown! Its an interesting shape as well. For a moment I thought it was 3D! Its good dimensions you've chosen for this drawing, most people will have to scroll down to see the cat
She looks rough and downtrodden, as opposed to the elegant cats people often draw, I like that. I think the collor should be tighter, and the fur should slightly drape over it, the size it is now makes the cat's neck seem a tad big (even canine?)
For some reason this drawing looks better at 50% size, perhaps seeing the "big picture" helps its composition, and smooths the colours.

I laughed a lot at the freak idea, ive a feeling its that kind of cat. It was pretty empty for a long time till I thought of the ribbon, iI drew ti about 20 times tryin to get the right swish on it
I agree totally about the collar, it was buggin me a lot, ill probably redraw it in the morning
