Welp here’s a part of Oru’s story that basically explains how he acquired his abilities .w.

Some extra tips about “The Heart” =w= :
-The Heart worked like a kind of antenna. It became the main provider of magic and energy of the town.
-It’s a source of highly unstable magic, so monsters decided to put it on a high pillar. That way, nobody could reach it or approach carelessly. If any other magic source gets close to The Heart, it will break down the stability and then The Heart will try to “assimilate” that magic near to it.
