The Fool's body's just been healed by Fitz's Skill and the Fool is looking at it through his Beloved's eyes.
As you can see, I've redone it. Taking much more time!
I'm quite please with the bushes and grass, the pillar and the light, it's much closer to what I had in mind... it's just that so far I couldn't see how to do it. Now I've seen the light!
EDIT: added some more grass in front of the tree, as jsmonzani suggested.

So much detail in the grass, must have taken a while to get it to look so good

Actually I used a Photoshop brush (got it by resetting Brushes) that made it simpler...

And a clever use of these too! Most people don't know how to use them properly and it looks really awful. You obviously know what you're doing, the effect is great!

Ah yes! Much better! It's funny how your 2D art had a touch of 3D in it too!
I just find that Fitz looks a bit young here, he's supposed to be almost 40 at the end isn't he? And maybe slightly more muscular? He did spend his life fighting and then farming after all.
But it's really lovely!
