i saw this in someone elses favorites....i love this photo....there something so sweet and innocent yet provocative about it....the girl looks angry and annoyed she looks like she wants to scream at you to just get the photo taken already so i can get up and slap you...she seems to have this braven i hate the world although the world loves me innocent look about her....very well done...

Even though it took me ages to get to it, this is one of my favorite pictures youve posted as of late. I love the sign and Lia's expression/how you set up the shot. Very original. Her eyes are striking and the hair-tie on her wrist gives the shot more balance which I like. I like that a story can be told just by looking at this and her curls give it a nice dimension. One thing I'd suggest though is cropping a little from the bottom so it's not so evident that she was slouching over. I'd almost say up to the love sign but I guess that'd be too drastic, don't know. Now after you've told me what else is written on it I can't stop looking for it

Wow.. i don't even know where to begin telling you how much i absolutely adore this picture. I'll start here.. i totally agree with Steven, Lia is an incredibly expressive model and she put so much in this image. And my hat's off to you, Patrick for capturing her so amazingly well. There are so many emotions and interpretations that can be gathered from this. To me, she looks so hurt, and yet so fierce at the same thing. Whatever doesn't kill me, makes me stronger and all that? Lia's eyes are so intense here...
I have to say, that technically this is just marvelous. The black and white works perfectly as does the composition. I love that her hand is up, and the hairband is such a nice touch.. for some reason i think it adds so much. Bravo for finding such a bench and knowing how to use it! I think this is an exceptionally good piece and i just adore it.

Though she does not do it often, Lia is an incredibly expressive model. This is certainly my favorite shot that I have seen of her. I do hope that you two do more of this sort of thing.
This picture is so absolutely perfect - composed beautifully and a wonderful setting. Her expression leaves so much for interpretation especially considering the bench. If I didn’t know any better, I would see a girl that has been hurt and is now a force to be reckoned with. She has been pushed to the brink and anyone that will stand in her way will face the consequences. Do not jack with this person!
Of course, I realize that she is a happy young woman and you two a content couple. That just proves that both of you have succeeded here - as photographer and model.

This was one of the coolest places ever. It was a nice little forest, and all of a sudden a bench with stuff written all over it. I thought it was awesome! I loved this originally in color because of the bright contrast between the green scenary and the blood-red pain the word love was written in, but I am still pretty content with it in black and white.
In colors it makes you appreciate the trees, my clothes, the color of my hair, it basically makes me focus on that part of the shot more, but in black and white I can actually look past that and see the emotion and everything being conveyed (by me lol)
