Powerful. The image grabbed at me from the start. Use of color is excellent. I'm left stunned by the range of your work. You seem to have an endless reservoir of emotion to drawl from. Along with energy to produce the value of work that staggers me.
I owe you an honest critique however, I don't want to make a big deal over it. There are two things that detract from the overall picture for me. First at the very corner of your lips, your lipstick breaks up. For this pic this puts a touch of roughness that doesn't fit. Along with this there are two shadows at the base of your chin. These are small matters, easily Photo-shopped if you desire.
I love your work and over all this is an excellent piece of work.

I think the "roughness" is meant to be there & in my humble opinion, it fits perfectly.
I also don't think the dark spots "shadows" were missed by accident.
The whole look IMHO is meant to be a bit dark, rough & even sinister. Sorry, I don't mean to be mean or anything like that, but I couldn't help myself on replying to your critique which I thought was a bit unfair. ♥

It is very clear that you have an outstanding talent in photography, & that you are very exceptional at photography!
The color red speak volumes to many different scenarios, for example: murder, love, & hate etc. So it was a very wise choice to choose the color red! The title of the photograph is also striking; hollow. To me, when I think of something hollow; I think of empty. This photo screams empty; the way you execute some sort of pain, or injustice makes me think, "what is really going on here?" & that is just enough to make me hooked! Well done!

The contrast and the lights, the blacks, the reds and the whites, all theese small big things make a sublime explosion of art . The dark and the bright of those lips and fangs make a beautifull vampire and without needing a single drop of blood.
In simple words : incredible and attractive.
