Short Bio: Once a nobody person named Eugene Noels working for the wrong people to make a living, a mob boss. Always being made fun of and lowered in self-esteem, hoping that someone would help him. Then one day after messing up, his boss took a knife and slashed his face out of punishment and amusement. Such act caused Eugene to snap, and kill his boss. Succefully calling the authoities on the remainder of his group, only to be let down as the cops were just as crooked. Taking the fall and being punished for murdering his boss, but was only sentences for a short while. Such experience of the unfairness of life took its tole on Eugene mentally. Coming to hate all forms of power, both injustice and justice systems, believing all is a lie, and one must follow there own rules. His inspiration was taken to heart when a new vigilante named the Crimzon Mask came to town and started tearing up the corrupted system. When Drake Castle's hold on Shadaro City was severed, Eugene took on a new persona and new life, more confident than ever to living against the law and system. Inspired by the actions of the Crimzon Mask by taking matters into his own hands, and to inspires others to do so, to take down what is left of the system. His only peave, the one whom he admires, he believes is trapped in the idea of justice, and will do anything he can to distrupt that justice. Letting everyone know his name, Varrick Evans, as he seeks to spread chaos.
