After reading and falling in love with *CountANDRA 's Decembersville I had to draw some fanart of my favorite character, insane mayor Chimabell von Pyre Just like everybody elseChildish little bell-eared freak with an alcohol problem =
Because anyone who has known me for any length of time knows how fantastic my taste in fantasy men is.
Anywhoooooo~ The lights are all green 'cause the von Pyres can't stand light, and required the entire city to change to duller, green, candle light when they came into power. Also I drew the cityscape from memory, so.... Might be some stuff wrong with it. Sorry. ):

Really, dude! I mean he looks absolutely-- WOW, I am enchanted here. The crazed alcoholic, surrounded by his dark city~ It is just wonderful. <3<3<3
AND YOU EVEN ADDED GREEN LIGHT TO IT! That is, like, a major bucket-load of brownie points for you, adding the green lights to the city; it is so common that folks miss that detail about D-ville, that light is dismissed and used rarely, so it actually warmed my heart seeing that. ^^

Truly, that means so much to me (and I'm surprised you do because, whenever I dare to journey back to the early chapters, my eyes bleed from the amateurish writing going on.

Ffff, still better than my writing. It's sad actually. Unless I am bullshiting something for a standardized test, nothing I ever write turns out, well, right. So I stick to drawing. But your writing? Sure it is a bit rough at the beginning, but it is still better than 75% of the stuff on Fanfiction.net. And if I can read some of that crap to get at a good story featuring characters I like, I can most certainly stomach your lovely writing, featuring, look at that! Characters I like

You don't really have that much faith in your writing, eh? Well, writing IS a VERY tough hobby (especially for folks who are more inclined to draw cartoons in order to express storytelling than write words), but I'm sure it can't be as bad as all that. I can already see that you write properly (unlike a quarter of neighbors I run into that rite liek this!!11!!), so I bet that your writing is not as bad as you say, dude. ^^ And thank you!

The reason I write so well is probably because I was almost an English major, and was a grammar/spelling Nazi for years before. Almost to the point of being obnoxious. I refused to text for years because it took me too long, with proper punctuation and spelling and all that jazz. But I think I will stick with cartoons. :3 One can never write facial expressions quite properly, and they are more fun to draw anyways.
