Another pallet challenge~~~~~Pallet 1 this time!!
This time I decided I wanted to do some fan art as well as the challenge
So I drew Souji from Persona 4 in pallet 1, which are a lot of blues P:
I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out o3o

yes the hair is so lovely. It really shines but not too shiny. I've seen some shines get out of hand here and there.
