W00T! I finally finished something! Primal Dialga is based off of the Primal Dialga in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness.I used a simple background because Dialga wasn't all that detailed. But it doesn't really feel right.
It'll probably be a while before I finsh my next picture.
(Look near Dialga's neck. I got a signature-it looks like an L)
