Ability: Flame Fist (Punching moves used by the wielder have a 10% chance to burn the foe), Flash Fire (H)
Stats: mixed attacker, better attack, kind of slow
Moves: Fire Punch, flamethrower, ember, hammer arm, baton pass, bullet punch, mega punch, trick, trick room, teeter dance

Departure: it marches about, waving its batons to its own rhythm. It waves the batons in various ways to communicate with other pokemon, but few understand what they mean.
Destiny: it fights with its batons, delivering heavy punches with them. If the batons by themselves are not strong enough by itself, it lights them on fire.
Darkfall: it is skilled at wielding its batons, both lit and unlit. Its legs are fragile and easily injured, so it keeps moving, keeping them from becoming targets.

Gender Ratio: genderless
Height: 3.1m
Boss fight in Wondrous Forest. Will start appearing as a rare spawn there afterward.

Name Origin: harlequin + ignis
Design: dunno why, but for some reason I really wanted to do a Trickmaster pokemon. Sometimes inspiration hits strangely. I quite like this guy, might tidy him up a bit at some stage, but am pretty happy with him.
