Designers: this one was the one Caterpie definitely wanted in the dex, so it's his boi. ...although I did the visuals.
Design: a mushroom fellow. Nothing overly exciting, but sometimes you don't need an exciting mon. Caterpie was kind enough to do the stats of his mon before he left.
