Description First picture of the summer!

This is a character of mine that I've had for a long time but have never drawn properly.

This is Pejula, or PJ, and he is a river otter. He's a medicine man in his tribe, and has tattoos and can do magic and is just bad-ass.

I want to RP him so bad.
