Description "... There are some things in this known universe that we should never question... Beneath the waters of Primordia lies a dark and deadly world. A world of wonders and nightmares alike. Below them all lies the dark Abyssal Zone, where no living creatures are able to live. Devoid of sunlight, of oxygen, of warmth...... Life is made impossible at these depths... Well, we thought it was impossible, until we found... Him..... The monster of the abyss... Bones and spines jutting out from it's bony, disturbed form. Four giant white eyes, staring directly into your soul. A maw with teeth lining the inside, large enough that eating us would be like inhaling bacteria. Giant wings, somehow wider than the length of the creature, which in itself would most likely measure 4 football fields in length... And worst of all.... The roar..... A horrid sound resembling a mix of a bellowing whale, a pained groaning, and hurricane-force winds all at once. By logic, a creature of this magnitude should not exist. It would be crushed at these depths, and if not then it would surely starve from a lack of food.... As I said.... There are some things in this known universe that we should NEVER. QUESTION."
~ Excerpt from "A Book About Aliens and Cryptids of The Known Heavenly Bodies, Vol. 5" by L. I. Gandrian

This is a remake of Sea Tyrant , one of my favorite works. I honestly believe this isn't much of an improvement of the original, but you guys decide that! X}

For sure this is an improvement! I like that youve made the bg a bit more interesting and textured. The character has a really nice flow whereas the older one is more stiff. And the detailed, fragile, new look for the spines and horns look much better! They seem to be a part of the creature rather than random structures. I think a good step forward from here would be to start using more contrast by adding harsher dark tones in your shading! Let it get all the way to jet black, nice and dark ^^

You're welcome! I enjoy it when people back up their acclaims of my art with clear detail, so I try to do so with other artists. Its funny, for a person whose very right brained, i sure enjoy good logic and resoning behind given compliments! xD

I feel that the detail on this guy got better, but the blending not so much. That description tho, it's good
