Female sangheili are smaller, eyes usually a bit tight, and hands way smaller, like human size. Male sangheili and Female sangheili aren't hard to tell from really ^^

And you can find female elites in the game?

No, but this is mostly common sense and what we believe in; as in Me, Crazy, and other people.

Curiously, the fandom, in general, appears to have a very specific vision of the Sangheili females. Like smaller, slender counterparts of the males in game, retaining the ophidean look, but with female characteristics, like a more round head and larger hips, when compared to the waist. Like the one in thsi picture.
I think the only confirmed appearance of a female in the official media was in the Duel short filme of Halo Lengends, and that one was pretty much panned, with good reason, in my opinion. I prefer the fandom vision of the female elite, it kinda makes sense. A female dog doesnt look like a woman, does her?
Now, this lenghty response officialy makes me a halo nerd, donts it?
