Something about it just really resonated with me, maybe it's just like Mawile, cute but dangerous.

Haha yeah, but Bewear is still the bulkiest of gen 7 I feel.

While Bewear is a tank, Toxepax is a staight up wall.
It has Recover, Regeneretor and either Leftovers or Black Sludge for healing, and its own version of Protect that poisons those that make direct contact and Scald for inflicting statuses. So yeah, it's bulky and really hard to take out.

I don't really see much use for Baneful Bunker tbh, an outright toxic works better.

Maybe when you use it but when other battle other players, and Tapu Koko is rather common to see, having a really high priority move that let take 0 damage in a turn is better in the long run.
