I just captured Victini in Pokemon White and I was... inspired! :3It's using some weird offensive firey version of Endure! BECAUSE IT WILL ENDURE ALL THOSE POKEBALLS YOU TRY TO THROW AT IT.
I drew this in Livestream! Thanks to everyone that watched!

Nice use of blue lineart there, I like how it blends with the yellow flame and becomes greenish! ^_^
And yes Victini is sooo hard to catch because of its low catch rate. And you can't even buy Ultra Balls when you see him, so... @_@

You could use Nest balls and catch him with a pokemon at higher level than him. Thats how I caught him.

Haha. Yeah, the little bugger is a pain in the arse to catch. But I've kept it in my team for the whole game ever since I got it last week.

I caught it in only two Poke'balls... An ultra ball then just an ordinary Poke'ball, which it stayed in.
Virizion was another story though, killing itself once from running out of moves. =__=
