I admittedly got a liiiiiiiiittle carried away with this one. >_> To be fair I really like Wartortle! So this was a really fun one to do and to show off the refracting light was a fun challenge. It's technically an old redo of one of my older pieces that isn't hosted here anymore- you can find it here. (That's 5 years different, sheesh!)

I'm like 10 behind now because of this piece and Flight Rising. RIP me. :'D Next up should be Skitty!
