For 's Cobra Art Jam. I chose two characters from the list and...well, when I saw Zartan was unclaimed I just had too. He will always be my favorite enemy of the Joes! I decided to kind of base his look on a combination of old and new. I like the breastplate from the "new" Zartan, but I really dug the "old" Zartan boots. I hope you guys like this one. It may be the best Zartan I've ever drawn!Related content
