So I stumbled across this amazing band a couple of weeks ago and knew instantly that I had to draw them! Steam Powered Giraffe is a musical pantomime group made up of "steam powered automatons" in a vaudeville type steampunk show. They are on Youtube and have their own website and are getting bigger all the time. Check 'em out!There have been a couple of incarnations of the group wih members leaving and joining. In all, there have been five Robots at at any one time but I wanted to draw all five together. In the center is The Spine and in the lower right is Rabbit (who reminds me of a steampunk Crash
). These two have been there since the beginning. Also at the beginning they were joined by The Jon in the upper left and Upgrade the female robot (who always wanted to be a princess...or a hover tank!) Somewhat recently The Jon and Upgrade have been replaced by Hatchworth in the lower left.These guys are amazingly creative and awesome at what they do and what they've done all by themselves. Again, check them out...it's pretty damn cool.

Friend of mine got my group into them after we started Airship Pirates.
The Spine is more Dieselpunk, being from the 1930s or so, but just as awesome, and may show up in my Deadlands: Noir game sometime. Possibly as a PC.

1935 New Orleans is what I'm aiming at, but my group might convince me to go 1927 Chicago.
The City O' Gloom era is the Atomic '50s, and he'd look pretty dated by then. Although better than Dr. Hellstromme, who just demonstrates his shiny (literally) new body!
