Not the brightest of the Psycho Squad, but probably the toughest and most loyal member. Muscle grafting, nanomeds, subdermal armor plating, and reinforced bones make him practically unstoppable and give him superhuman strength. Even the largest shotgun looks like a toy gun in his hands. Roadkill came to Glenwood as the only survivor of a brutal nomad gang war on the highways outside of Cyburg. It was obvious he was very familiar with the values and ideals and customs of nomad life and that he was responsible for much of the damage in that skirmish. However nothing is known or has been discovered prior to his appearence in Cyburg. Unable to speak, he was evaluated (he suffers from Impulsive Borderline Personality Disorder with a strong need to protect his "family", whoever he chooses that to be) and recruited into the Psycho Squad Division. He has adopted his new "family" and will do anything to protect and help his fellow officers and to bring down any criminals that might hurt them or others he feels are "innocent".
