My mom ran fundraisers for sakuracon from like 2002-2006 (back before it sucked) but left due to the people running it making it suck more and more. Inno-sera in its second year and it's all about japanese fashion, ball jointed dolls and dressing up in poofy outfits like your bunny. Yuki ( ) has been helping run artists ally. They also have fashion swap meets. Its pretty cool stuff.
Anyway your bunny in lolita dress made me think of my mom's con, sorry >_>
