Sounds like a cool idea! Definitely upload to DA if you do, as I would be keen to see how that turns out

Cheers for the constructive criticism, much appreciated.
Firstly, I am using a Samyang MF 8mm fisheye - awesome identification there.
I have to say I completely agree with everything you just mentioned as I was very conscious of them during editing. These were literally my first four skate shots, ever. I've been a skater forever and have been very excited to try it out. I only had one sequence of the 180 so I was limited for choice, but I wanted to try out this technique I had admired in skate magazines.
In my opinion test was a success, so I am hoping to produce a super sick image next time

However, I don't really understand the last bit.. I realise it's not the most flush landing angle, but when performing a backside 180 you generally have more weight than usual over the nose (thus you can easily nose pivot to finish the turn or just for steez) and this is how he did it. I will always hope to get the whole sequence looking perfect, but I am never gonna cut and paste from other sequence shots as I wanna keep it real.
Cheers

Not to force my way into a conversation but I agree with the photographer here. I'm a skate photographer as well and this was a well thought out angle (180's and full cabs of any kind are extremely difficult to usually get good angles or styles). Not only that, the photos are all spread out very well which make it pleasing to the eye; in fact, the third to last photo is a perfect photo of a BS 180.
The guy has style and you did a great job photographing it. "Even though it's obviously photoshopped."
