Just outside of Kanarraville, Utah, there's this little gem. Taken amidst the prevalent heatwave affecting the southwestern United States, the hike to this location, or rather the exposed spots, was rather arduous. Much of the "hike" is simply a dirt road, which actually feels rather tedious being that you're not technically supposed to drive on it (a number of people still drive well past the designated parking area, however, shaving miles off their trip, and bothering the hell out of me). However, once past the initial hot, exposed dirt road section, the hike is quite nice and shaded, allowing the body to cool back down. The temperature the day we walked this read 118 in my car for scale, so I expect it was at least 110.
