Do you use MS Paint to make these? How do you animate this?

Lol yep xD Well I draw + color everything in ms paint first, then open up the saved file in photoshop and make the background transparent and then add white lining around the icon, and then I click the imageready button in photoshop and animate everything in that little program.
and yeah! <3 I'm going to decorate my tree today~
