Description
Abstract fractal artwork inspired by the ancient Greco-Roman concept of 'catasterism', in which a mythological figure is transformed into a constellation or other cosmic formation. In this case, I wanted to imagine the transformation of the Lernaean Hydra into a nebula, after its defeat by Heracles.

I also created an animated 'turntable' version (which features an unintended optical illusion...). This is viewable on my Artstation page !
