Pretty good shot. Not very sharp, but that could not be a problem if you experiment a bit more on the post-production. I like the lighting and the texture. The colours are still a bit... well... perhaps not as realistic as they could be. I think you should definitely see what you can come up with editing this. Maybe use a sepia-tone or something on it. Good luck!

I converted it to black and white and polished some with more sharpness as well as some tonal fixes, now blood is less appearent but more realistic.
