Wow this is fantastic!
Love the way you've captured that starry night kind of feel with the colours. The background's just right, not too much going on it it so it doesn't take any focus on the dragon itself. Your anatomy (if dragon's have a particular anatomy, maybe I should say proportions lol) is really good, everything looks like it's meant to be. Considered adding a few light shadings for ribs and muscles on the legs? It's got a really smooth texture all over so I'm gathering it was meant to be drawn this way without them

Lovely work here, I love the shading and textures. The design is very elegant, and I love the constant curves.
The only things I would say against it is that your lineart is not as smooth as the rest of it, but it only really caught my attention 'cause I haven't been able to fix it in my own work.
Other than the lineart, I'm unclear about what the points of light in its claw and its tail are supposed to be. Are they in the background or the foreground?
But really, lovely work overall.

I think I need a new wacom, I'm having difficulty with steady lines over the past few months. (Or maybe I'm getting old?)
