Description A picture for my friend, who loves Femalien... even though I'd never heard of the thing before I did this. Had fun coloring it though.

Colored pencils on scrap paper. Used a screen-shot my friend sent me, so it should look pretty accurate.

Wish my scanner would work... all the colors get washed out with my camera. Her (?) clothes are actually black and the colors are very vibrant in real life. *sigh* Oh well.

After staring at it while slightly sleep deprived, I have come to the conclusion that I think it's from that episode with deser-however her names spelled, the dog looks like a poodle (and she's half chiwawa!).

Nope. I've actually seen very few eps - five or six, total. I'm just not interested in the show, just the concept.

Yay, reference! I don't know about scenes, because I usually make up my own when sketching, but I usually need reference to draw a character the first 2-5 times. Then I get the hang of it and can draw said character myself.

My problem is that I visualize things too well. And when I visualize something I don't like, it's really hard to get it out of my head. *scrubs at brain*

i've got about 5 episodes of DP on my ipod and this is one of them. Memory Blank is definitely one of my favorite episodes and i think you did a wonderful job on this. and i dont think the muted colors look too bad
