Hello again!Finally this one's done after manymany hours and over 300 layers.
I wanted to do an detailed toon and this is what I came to.

Yes, you definitely should! If you look at my Emoticon tutorial , it can give you an idea of how to make it... Also, a really nice vector tutorial, and one that would show you how to make it, is =Tamilia 's Vector Wallpaper Tutorial . (You should make yours like hers)
