A transcription of a render of Pikimin's Olimar.

When I was young, one kid's magazine I consumed had activities where one was shown scrambled tiles of a drawing, and the exercise was to transcribe each tile into its place to make the full drawing appear. My drawing until now has been similar: a piecemeal assembly of small arcs and brief line segments. But thanks to the tutorials I have begun to consume, I have a different perspective; that of constructing with whole shapes.

Surely, small arcs and lines have their place, but using only those made my drawings somewhat disjoint. This was my first clear advancement on a conceptual level, and I look forward to where it takes me.
