One of the images from a High Altitude Photographic Balloon launched on 20-04-12 by a team from South Cheshire College, UK.

The flight and recovery was a success, however the wide-angle adaptor used on the camera had a problem with condensation due to the very wet weather experienced at the launch site. This problem got worse with the drop in pressure due to the increase in altitude. The altitude reached was approximately 33,000 metres.
