PC Hans Dietrich von Riedel asks himself why these things always happen to him. Having climbed the pyramid to gain an overview of the surroundings together with one of their hired helpers, Quinn, he has come across something even worse than the swarms of insects and the smell of rotten flesh. A crack has formed on the top of the pyramid and the yellowish substance dripping into the inside of the pyramid smells suspiciously like rancid fat. Questioning the concept of regaining good karma PC Nagato Miyagawa has tried to instill in him for the past two days, he looks up at the sky, doubting that he will ever redeem his soul whatever will happen here.
