Description
Right around the same time I first came up with Sharkman, I also made this Batman-knockoff hero, the Cowinator. I modeled his behavior and mannerisms on the 1940s Batman I've seen in this Sundays collection full of vintage Batman newspaper comics from 1943 to 1946. His villains were pretty much riffs on Batman's familiar foes.

In the Sharkman universe, however, Cowinator is actually a Batsville celebrity starring in a campy action show akin to the 60s Batman TV series as more of a parody of Batman, but is in actuality a serious superhero in his own right, wiping out any bad guys that come his way. He now serves as an occasional ally for Sharkman.

I got Cowinator's name from an episode of the short lived Nicktoons series Yakkity Yak (remember that show?)
