I am not a fan of the video game Lair, but I couldn't help but draw this from the cover. I remembered when seeing the ad for the first time from Circuit city, before they went out of business, around either late 2006 or early 2007. I was very fascinated by the helmet design, imagining the integrity of artists behind the scenes to make this game happen. Weird thing about the cover was it's use of 3d rendering, and I like how it looks. There's not much to draw in this character in size. Most of the figure was cutoff for the cover. Despite the art direction, graphical representation, soundtrack, and audio quality, the video game received negative responses, specifically in controls. Sad but true.
