Artist's Comments A few days ago this idea struck me when I was sipping my whiskies with the song "A Late Goodbye" playing over and over again. Jim Henson's Dog City possesses a "film noir" feel much similar to "Blacksad" and "Max Payne". I did a bit of thinking and realized that Ace Hart and Rosie O'Gravy are perfect to reprise the role of Max Payne and Mona Sax. So I went through some sketches, but eventually decided to burrow one of the poses from the wallpaper images of "Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne". Which I hope to create an visual cue for the fan of both Max Payne and Dog City.
Rugged .347 (?) revolver and a sleek looking Desert Eagle for our hero and heroine. I think these guns fit them great. I just realized I suck at drawing guns and I took me forever to get both pistols right!
Of course, Dog City is copyrighted to Jim Henson Production while Max Payne is copyrighted to Remedy.
