There had been criminal activity going on around the certain spot of the ocean so Naomi and her commanding police officer, Mizu the Kuricha were exploring the depths of the ocean to find the criminal hideout. The diving duo spotted a suspicious cave and decided to swim inside, figuring that it could lead to a hideout.

(Case you're wondering, the reason Naomi is using her rebreather is because she couldn't hold her breath as long as her partner, Mizu.)
