In my eyes it is still as beautiful as the day it was made. Why? 2-10-0s never die. They move to Russia.

We hope to get her restored cosmetically. But we have to remove the asbestos from under her boiler jacket first. That's no easy task, and that's why she is where she is.

And of course that stuff is toxic and lathered all over the boiler. But I guess back then they didn't know any better, ala smoking and lead-based paint.

I've got an idea! Round up the most annoying foamers in the country and tell them they can touch it. They don't know what it is. All they know is GS-4.
