Description - Soft Ice Cream Cookie uses the magic she taught herself to freeze her enemies for a short period of time. She will even heal those wounded in battle with it! She will cause a small blizzard to attack and stun her opponents while also preserving her teammates by healing them.

BIO:
Growing Up in the milk tribe, Soft Ice Cream Cookie learned about peace and justice, while also learning a bit of ice magic during her alone time. Once she left, she would hike in the forests of the Dark Cacao kingdom and aid those in need of assistance, weather it be in battle, or if they are hurt. She has also met a dear cookie who has gone missing. She didn't witness his disappearance but hopes that she can be the one to find him, crumbled or alive.
