All four of these pictures have a very smooth finish and the charcoal black of this one probably has the smoothest finish of the lot. But it is also perhaps the most conventional in its subject matter and the most obviously Dali-esque. The expression on the animal's face is interesting. I think that clytze draws a lot of inspiration from her animals - her dogs. I think that she reads their natures very well and that she uses what she sees in her work. I'm sure that her dogs love her very much in return, too...^^
