Here's 27. She was originally going to be 19, but that was already taken. (i'm not sure about the theme song, any other suggestions?)

Number/Name: 27- The Dreamer

Number Placement: on her left arm

Abilities: One heck of a fighter, can say things that affect others' moods, excellent speaker (when she wants to talk), excellent storyteller, is never rude

Weapon(s): Her whip: a needle tied to a piece of that strong elastic stuff (which is why it can whip out so far) with one of those 'teeth' which were on necklaces tied to the end (this one is made of metal, and is chipped, she sharpens it regularly)

Likes: being with her 'family', which is 47 (her 'little sister', her 'imaginary family' (13 and 22, my other OC's), succeeding (even if it's something simple), dreaming, her Dreamcatcher, the bead she got from 47, storytelling

Dislikes: Loud noises, being all alone, seeing death, nightmares

About: 27 is a little bit odd. At times she is completely into the present, seeming sane. But then she starts to daydream and gets 'out-of-it'. She remembers things from the past, things she never thought existed. She remembers the good and the bad.
Despite her innocent look, don't pretend she doesn't have that weapon. She has it with her all the time, and has saved 47 from many problems. 27 can wield it like death itself, so, don't make her mad.
But she is a good 'erson' inside. Unlike others, who have pieces of souls, she has almost an entire soul inside her. So that's what makes her kind of 'loopy' and 'dreamy'.
