The only thing I can think of is removing the hair from his left side as it would of all been seered off during the fire or whatever happened.

Yeah, I guess I kind of left it open as to what happened to him. This is kind of a throwback to older versions of Two-Face, I guess influenced the most by the animated series design: [link]

do you think you could knock up a more realistic joker ala Heath Ledger?

such a fantastic movie and made the joker really come alive if however sadly ironic.
